Once a qualified Craftsman becomes available, we will contact you to schedule a specific date and time for the service. If you need to reschedule, our office will accommodate your preferences. Upon the Craftsman's arrival, he will assess the job and request permission to use your phone to contact our office for a complimentary estimate. Should you accept the proposed price, work can commence immediately, or we can arrange a more suitable time for you. After the completion of the job, please submit your payment to Roper's Renovation to secure your lien rights and ensure a one-year written warranty. Roper's Renovation will follow up to confirm your satisfaction with our services.
**Free Estimates:**
Please provide a comprehensive list of tasks that you would like to have quoted. The Craftsman will assess each job and contact our office to obtain pricing. He is ready to begin work promptly and will strive to ensure that the results meet your satisfaction. Kindly initial the Roper's Renovation contract/invoice for the proposed work before he proceeds. To schedule for a later date, please reach out to our office, and we will be pleased to arrange a convenient time for you. All work carried out by our Craftsmen is covered by a one-year written warranty. Roper's Renovation is fully licensed, bonded, and insured.
**Payment:**
It is essential to ensure payment is made. Upon completion of the task assigned to our technicians, interim payments, related to either individual jobs or phases of larger projects, must be arranged in advance with our office based on the percentage of work completed. Accepted payment methods include:
- Personal checks made payable to Roper's Renovation L.L.C (Returned Check Fee: $25)
- Credit Cards: AmEx, Visa, MasterCard, Discover (+ 4% handling fee)
- Cash payments are accepted with a receipt provided.
**Materials:**
Estimates include labor only; material costs are additional and require prior approval. The Craftsman can procure necessary materials, or you may choose to provide them. Receipts will be presented, with no markup applied to keep your costs lower. Immediate reimbursement is required for receipts totaling over $100. Detailed information on previously purchased materials will be included on the final invoice, with payments directed to Roper's Renovation L.L.C. While the Craftsman may provide a rough estimate, material costs cannot be guaranteed.
**Concealed Problems:**
Should any concealed or unforeseen issues arise during the course of the job, the Craftsman will cease work and inform both you and our office.
